Delete your VGMan account

You can delete your VGMan account at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Other ways to delete it

In the mobile app

1. Open the Me tab.
2. Scroll to Delete your account and tap it.
3. Confirm. Your account and data are erased immediately.

On the website

1. Sign in and open Profile.
2. Under Your data, choose Delete my account.
3. Type your email address to confirm.

If you cannot sign in

Email support@vgman.com from the address registered on the account and ask for it to be deleted. We may ask you to confirm that you own the account before we do.

What happens to your data

• Deleted: your name, email address, vehicles, VINs, licence plates, photos, documents and reminders.
• Kept without identifying you: service records, reduced to make, model, year, mileage band, type of work and cost.
• Kept as the law requires: invoices, for as long as accounting law requires.
